Efavirenz-Loaded Polymeric Micelles for Pediatric Anti-HIV Pharmacotherapy with Significantly Higher Oral Bioavailability

Abstract: This strategy appears a very promising one towards the development of a liquid aqueous EFV formulation for the improved pediatric HIV pharmacotherapy.
