Jedním z významných faktorů ovlivňujících ekonomickou efektivnost je vhodná kapitálová vybavenost podniků. V případě správného nastavení kapitálové struktury, přesněji řečeno poměru vlastního kapitálu a cizího kapitálu, je třeba vzít v úvahu několik faktorů, které působí na strukturu kapitálu, například různé zdroje financování. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat vývoj struktury kapitálu a kapitálové disparity v zemědělských družstvech v rámci čtrnácti krajů České republiky pro časovou řadu 2009-2013. Pro tuto analýzu jsou použity ukazatele zadluženosti a metody komparativní statiky. Data jsou získána a zpracována z databáze podniků Albertina. Finanční a ekonomická krize snížila dluhové finanční indikátory, stejně tak i indikátory zisku. Kapitálová disparita mezi regiony na konci sledovaného období se zdá nezměněna. Obvykle Praha jako region s nejvyšším HDP na obyvatele během sledovaného období vykazuje extrémní hodnoty většiny indikátorů a vyšší odchylky v dluhových finančních indikátorech a nižší v indikátorech ziskovosti. Vliv indikátorů kapitálové struktury na ziskovost družstev se zdá nevýznamný během sledovaného období.

Th e scientifi c contribution builds on the previous scientifi c studies analysing the determinants of productivity and economic effi ciency of the agricultural entities and extends the knowledge of the spatial econometrics area at the NUTS IV level (at the district level) for the reporting period. Th e paper aimed to assess the development of productivity and economic effi ciency of the agricultural entities in the reporting period based on the synthetic evaluation of the selected economic indicators by the methods of cluster analysis, and so to create a spatial map according to the regional diff erentiation at the NUTS IV level. On the basis of the completed analysis, we can conclude that the natural and climatic conditions have a dominant infl uence on the achievable productivity and economic effi ciency of the agricultural entities in ensuring the sustainability of the economic performance of agriculture in diff erent regions of Slovakia. On the basis of conducting the analysis, there were clearly defi ned two relatively coherent areas in Slovakia (at the district level), which are characterized by diff erences in the achieved production indicators and allow the regional diff erentiation of Slovakia into districts with more and less prosperous agricultural enterprises.

The definition of the effective allocation of sources is very difficult since the term of efficiency has different meanings attached in the theory and the practice. The aim of this article is to evaluate the effectiveness of expended production inputs by selected entities working on land with the use of the production analysis. The presented highly specialized issue fills the void in this field of study for the period at the turn of the millennium that was specific in its transformation and integration processes related to the accession of the Slovak Republic to the European Union. We presume that the transformation process of the Slovak economy from the centrally planned economy into the market economy was not completed in the analyzed period and left its marks in the form of ineffective allocation of production factors in the sphere of the agricultural basic industry. This analysis of production function and cost optimum confirmed our assumption. In addition to the search for the effective allocation of production resources in the selected period, it is possible to state that the monitored group of companies did not reach the cost optimum in the production. The achievement of the optimal allocation of production resources would be reached by the monitored group only in case of decreased number of employees and increased intensification factors in production.
