Early Posterior Vault Distraction Osteogenesis for the Treatment of Syndromic Craniosynostosis

Abstract: Posterior cranial vault distraction (PCVD) has become an important modality in the management of complex craniosynostosis to increase intracranial volume and improve the cranial vault appearance.
