Early Halt of a Randomized Controlled Study with 3% Hypertonic Saline in Acute Bronchiolitis

Abstract: Background: Albeit not recommended because of contradictory results, nebulized 3% hypertonic saline is widely used for treating acute viral bronchiolitis.
