Abstract: Foi realizado um estudo quase experimental com o objetivo de verificar a evolução do condicionamento físico dos estagiários da Academia da Força Aérea no Estágio de Adaptação Militar no ano de 2017 e a efetividade do plano de treinamento executado pela Seção de Educação Física nesse estágio.
