The purpose of this study is to develop a Web-and Android-based learning application for high school students, named MoLearn. To meet teacher needs, a preliminary study was conducted by conducting interviews and field observations. The design and development follow the ADDIE model, with stages namely (1) analysis of needs, (2) design of interface, (3) development / construction, (4) implementation and (5) evaluation. The research subjects were educators who were members of the Biology and Geography MGMP, along with their students. The evaluation was carried out to the educators representing the respective MGMP, carried out by distributing questionnaires, and triangulation using the UI/UX test. Data analysis was performed with qualitative descriptive technique and descriptive statistic. Based on data analysis, the results show that all educators agree that (1) MoLearn's appearance is attractive and convenient to use, (2) MoLearn can fulfill learning needs, and (3) MoLearn has fulfilled the requirements as a learning model that utilizes Information Technology.

Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) menjadi metode pembelajaran yang semakin banyak digunakan sebagai alternatif selama masa pandemi COVID-19 pada mahasiswa. Hal ini menyebabkan mahasiswa harus lebih mampu meregulasi proses belajarnya secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi digital dan task value terhadap self-regulated learning (SRL) pada mahasiswa jenjang sarjana yang mengikuti PJJ di masa pandemi COVID-19. Partisipan merupakan 420 mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas di 10 perguruan tinggi negeri Indonesia yang bersedia mengisi survei daring, yang terdiri dari tiga alat ukur yang telah divalidasi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari literasi digital dan task value secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan SRL. Task value juga diketahui memiliki kontribusi relatif yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan literasi digital dalam memprediksi SRL mahasiswa. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam menentukan kebijakan atau intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan SRL pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti PJJ.

By studying the use of Multimedia and Database in Chinese liberal arts education, this paper argues that science and technology have a significant impact on the fairness of liberal arts education in China apart from those universities in developed regions. Through analyzing the use of two academic tools provided by universities in different regions, it can be concluded that in the field of liberal arts, the quantity and quality of resources available to liberal arts students in various universities are basically equal. This suggests that the use of these two technological tools could help universities narrow a range of serious inequalities caused by uneven educational classes and geographical disparities. However, for the three regions, all universities in the developed regions, at any level, are significantly better than those in the other regions in the number of traditional paper archives and technological tools. That is to say, with the help of science and technology, the differences for universities in developed regions can be largely ignored, but the gap between universities in developed regions and other regions, west and middle of China, has not been narrowed by the use of technological tools. Therefore, this paper argues that the government should invest more in big data and multimedia in universities in the middle and western regions, which will help realize the relative fairness of education in all regions and at all levels with the minimum cost.
