Investigation of poly(amide benzimidazole) (PABI) molecular properties has shown 3,4 that the conformation of the PABI molecules is determined by peculiarities of the repeat chain unit chemical structure, which are the cause of the macromolecule chain coiling in solution and may be classified as some kind of molecule flexibility mechanism.
