Dynamics Study of Straddle-Type Monorail Vehicle With Single-Axle Bogies-Based Full-Scale Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamic Model

Abstract: The longitudinal drawbar and the lateral stabilizer bar of straddle-type monorail vehicle with the single-axle bogies have relatively long structure size. The multibar system leads to deformation during the driving process due to impact loads, even leads to influence on the dynamic characteristic of the hauling mechanism as well as the riding comfort of the whole vehicle. To evaluate the dynamic behavior of straddle-type monorail vehicle with single-axle bogies accurately, a full-scale rigid-flexible coupling … Show more

“…For the performance evaluation of the 4.5-approximation and 2-approximation algorithms, all the instances are generated by a random algorithm, as in the papers [63][64][65][66][67][68]. In the process of the instances generation, five factors affecting the solution of the problem are determined: the number of jobs, the number of machines, the variation in job sizes, the variation in job processing time, and the variation in machine capacities [69][70][71][72][73][74][75].…”

“…Zhuravlev [11] studied the impact self-exciting vibration modes in a linear motor of a monorail car. Zhou et al [12] discussed the influences of vehicle velocity, passenger mass, curve radius, and the number of axles on the relevant dynamic characteristics. Zhou et al [13] conducted a dynamic parameter optimization while focusing on the curve negotiation properties, comfort, and tire eccentric wear of monorail vehicles.…”

“…Wang et al 11 explored the effect of the connection stiffness on the vertical and lateral vibration amplitudes of a composite track beam. Based on the finite element method and multibody dynamics, Zhou et al 12 proposed a full-scale coupling model to evaluate the dynamic behaviour of a monorail vehicle. Notably, credible simulation results with LLI were obtained in these works when compared to field tests, although the exact influence of LLI on dynamic systems was not reported.…”
