Dynamic hysteretic features of Ising-type thin films

Abstract: In order to elucidate the nature of hysteresis characteristics in a magnetic Ising-type thin film with a certain thickness, such as types of frequency dispersion curves, decay of hysteresis loop area, corresponding coercive field and remanent magnetization values, etc., we investigate the hysteretic response of each layer within effective-field theory. Throughout the analysis, the best appropriate parameter values are chosen since they would allow us to observe the reversed magnetic hysteresis after a certain … Show more

“…In recent years, DPT properties in the presence of surfaces have been studied for magnetic thin films and semiinfinite systems [35,72,[112][113][114]. Among these works, [35] have investigated the bias field dependence and the dynamic phase diagram of a ferromagnetic thin film in a (P − H b − ⟨Q⟩) plane which exhibits a phase line below P < P c separating the two degenerate ordered phases ±Q, supporting the experimental findings obtained in [36].…”

“…Only very recently, several authors have studied the DPT in systems with surfaces [36][37][38][39][40][41][42][43] to shed light on this subject. Hereby, some intriguing observations have been made.…”
