Dynamic adaptation of geo-replicated CRDTs

Abstract: Conflict-free Replicated Data Types (CRDTs) are high-level data types that can be replicated with minimal coordination among replicas due to its confluent semantics. This property makes CRDTs specially appealing for geo-replicated settings.
