“…The adhesion strength is higher for the samples deposited at higher temperatures than the room temperature deposition samples. The reason for the higher adhesion is the stress-relieving phenomena taking place during the substrate heating process [27]. The substrate temperature acts as annealing during the deposition process and relieves stress, thus increasing the adhesion strength.…”
