“…The adhesive bandage is also considered inelastic (short-stretch), being a flexible and malleable material and offering excellent tolerance. 8 This flexibility and malleability make it more elastic than the cohesive and the traditional multilayered bandages, which would explain why it was not as effective as them in reducing the excess of volume.
