Dosage Form for Controlled Delivery to the Intestine of a Drug Soluble in Gastric Liquid and Poorly Soluble in Intestinal Liquid

Abstract: It is sometimes desirable to dissolve a drag in the intestine rather than in the stomach, even if the drug is soluble in the gastric liquid and only slightly soluble in the intestine. This difficult problem can be resolved by using dosage forms where the drug is dispersed into a mixture of two typical polymers.
