Don’t forget your oxygen mask! Caring for ourselves so that we can better care for our clients

Abstract: Music Therapists face significant stressors at work which, if not adequately addressed, could lead to stress and burnout. Against the background of a final-year dissertation, this article discusses how Music Therapists use self-care to manage occupational stressors.
