“…These include a 3D high‐definition surgical view, tremor filtration, motion scaling, improved surgeon ergonomics and increased range of motion with internal articulated robotic instruments. However, this new technique also raises some concerns regarding the lack of tactile feedback and higher costs as compared with conventional laparoscopic or open surgery . Lai et al .…”

“…However, this new technique also raises some concerns regarding the lack of tactile feedback and higher costs as compared with conventional laparoscopic or open surgery. [25][26][27]33 Lai et al showed that the robotic approach tended to have a higher spleen preservation rate. 27 Our study shows the console time is significantly shorter in RDP-SP, which might be due to there being no requirement for splenectomy, than in RDP-S, which needs to divide the short gastric vessels and mobilize the spleen.…”

“…Средняя продолжительность операции соста-вила 278±82,7 мин, интраоперационная кровопотеря -200±131,9 мл [14,23,24]. Послеоперационные осложнения возникли в 48% случаях, при этом панкреатический свищ составил 29,3% [23,[25][26][27]. Стандартный вариант техники РА-операций на ПЖ в настоящее время отсутствует.…”

“…In recent years, the number of minimally invasive pancreatic resections using either the laparoscopic or robotic approach has increased, mainly due to an accumulation of experience over the years and the improved technologies that facilitate this approach. [1][2][3] Therefore, several observational studies have vouched for a similar safety and effectiveness to the conventional open technique with some clinical improvements, such as less blood loss, less postoperative pain, and hospital stay. [3][4][5][6] However, whenever a new technology is introduced in the health system, it is paramount to deal with its higher cost.…”
