Abstract:Summary: The sera of 35 patients with positive rheumatoid factor were examined by an IgM Candida immunofluorescence test. No significant difference was found between the IgM Candida antibody titres before and after elimination of the expected rheumatoid factor interference using ion‐exchange chromatography of the sera.
