Does board diversity affect quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure? Evidence from Pakistan

Abstract: The study proposed that the effect of board diversity on quality of corporate social responsibility (QCSR) disclosure in Pakistan should be patterned differently from existing literature of other nations.
