Do human capital and relational capital influence knowledge-intensive firm competitiveness? The roles of export orientation and marketing knowledge capability

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to investigate the key roles of human and relational capital in the export orientation and competitiveness of knowledge-intensive cooperative companies. It is also aimed to examine the moderating role of marketing knowledge capabilities. “…Therefore, it is recommended to use supply chain management techniques and stakeholder relationship management while using hardware and software systems to facilitate communication. Establishing mutual trust in the relationship between the supply chain elements (Rejali et al , 2023), building and directing relational capitals (Shafiee et al , 2023), generating value co-creation in the supply chain and improving the relationship quality with contracting companies (Shafiee and Tabaeeian, 2021), can be very effective in this field.
