Do High-Performance-Work-Practices (HPWPs) really work?

Abstract: Purpose: High-performance-work-practices (HPWPs) are popular managerial strategies, in which employees are invited to participate in decision-making-process and contribute to the policy implementation, aiming to maximize employee potential.
