Diverse Contexts of Zoonotic Transmission of Simian Foamy Viruses in Asia

Abstract: In Asia, contact between persons and nonhuman primates is widespread in multiple occupational and nonoccupational contexts. Simian foamy viruses (SFVs) are retroviruses that are prevalent in all species of nonhuman primates.
