Finally treatment of the latter by NaI and Zn 17 yielded ent-trachylobane (10) AIBN) 18 of the ester 11, which was prepared by treatment of compound 6 with N,N′-thiocarbonyldiimidazole.…”

Φυτοχημική μελέτη βιοδραστικών και μελιττοφόρων γενών pterocephalus και croton

“…Μετά την εξουδετέρωση της αντίδρασης με μεθανόλη και μία σταγόνα νερό ο διαλύτης εξατμίστηκε υπό ελλατωμένη πίεση και μετά από ελέγχο σε χρωματογραφία λεπτής στοιβάδας εξακριβώθηκε ότι ούτε αυτή η αντίδραση πέτυχε. Στην τρίτη προσπάθεια δημιουργίας του εστέρα (Pinto et al 1987) η αλκοόλη 30 mg (0.102 mmol) διαλύθηκε σε 3 ml άνυδρης πυριδίνης και προστέθηκαν 150 mg χλωριδίου (p-Toluolsulfonsaurechlorid) υπό ατμόσφαιρα αργού σε ελαιόλουτρο στους 80 0 C και εν συνεχή ανάδευση για 2 ώρες. Σε έλεγχο χρωματογραφίας λεπτής στοιβάδας παρατηρήσαμε την ολοκλήρωση της αντίδρασης, οπότε ακολούθησε εξάτμιση του διαλύτη υπό ελλατωμένη πίεση και στο στερεό υπόλειμμα πραγματοποιήθηκε χρωματογραφία στήλης υπό χαμηλή πίεση με στατική φάση οξείδιο του πυριτίου και με σύστημα διαλυτών έκλουσης κυκλοεξάνιο/διχλωρομεθάνιο αυξανόμενης πολικότητας.…”
