In order to improve the effectiveness of an intelligent English translation, this paper combines intelligent speech waveform technology to construct an intelligent English translation system. When the modulation method of each signal component is known, this paper takes the overlapping point as the fitting point set and performs fitting with each data point. Moreover, this paper takes the obtained modulation method parameters as eigenvectors and finally performs clustering to obtain the parameter estimation of each single-component signal. In addition, in the case of overlapping points between each linear English speech waveform dataset, this paper finds the overlapping points and processes the overlapping point sets. The simulation test and data statistical analysis results show that the intelligent English translation method based on intelligent speech waveform analysis proposed in this paper can effectively improve the effect of English translation.

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous optimization and improvement of Internet information technology, a new thing, new media, has emerged. On this basis, a kind of artistic behavior of creating, carrying, spreading, and appreciating is also called new media art. New media art has developed for a long time in foreign countries, but its development and popularization are relatively late in China, and it is still in a stage of improvement. As far as visual communication design is concerned, the emergence and development of new media have strongly promoted the development of its work and the dissemination of various works. Developing visual communication design based on new media art has become a key issue for all visual communication designers. Nowadays, deep learning is widely used in different fields in different ways, and image art representation is a hot research field in computer vision. Therefore, this paper mainly studies and analyzes the symbolism of new media art expression forms and proposes a new media art symbolism model based on artificial intelligence big data. In order to provide a method of real-time representation of art images, the deep learning method is used to model the artistic expression of images, and spatial reorganization of content features and style features is carried out. This paper designs simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the model, which can provide some help for the development and improvement of new media art in China. We compared the results of our model with a number of other models to test its effectiveness. We achieved a matching accuracy of 98.4% which is higher than or equal to the results of the existing models.

Local wisdom is an immaterial wealth derived from culture. The existence of local wisdom is the work, creativity, and human initiative in addressing the environment in which they live. Actually, local wisdom can be in accordance with changing times. However, the rapid flow of times has made local wisdom considered ancient and left behind. This article tries to explain other patterns of cultural enculturation that are commonly used to revitalize the values of local wisdom. This pattern is counter enculturation, where the process of enculturation is carried out by other communities outside the indigenous people who have these values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted in the Kampung Dukuh traditional village of West Java-Indonesia and managed to find the counter enculturation pattern that can be useful for the strategy of refining the values of local wisdom in other regions with peculiarities that will still exist amidst the rapid current change of times.
