Distribution of PTPN22 polymorphisms in SLE from western Mexico: correlation with mRNA expression and disease activity

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a heterogeneous autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by loss of self-tolerance with hyperactivation of autoreactive T and B cells.
