The main goal of this paper is to create an adaptive model based on multilayer perceptron (MLP) for prediction of average downlink (DL) data throughput per user and average DL data throughput per cell within an LTE network technology and in a geo-space that includes a segment of the Motorway 9th January with the access roads. The accuracy of model prediction is estimated based on relative error (RE). With multiple trainings and testing of 30 different variants of the MLP model, with different metaparameters the final model was chosen whose average accuracy for the Cell Downlink Average Throughput variable is 89.6% (RE = 0.104), while for the Average User Downlink Throughput variable the average accuracy is 88% (RE = 0.120). If the coefficient of determination is observed, the results showed that the accuracy of the best selected prediction model for the first variable is 1.4% higher than the accuracy of the prediction of the selected model for the second dependent variable. In addition, the results showed that the performance of the MLP model expressed over R2 was significantly better compared to the reference multiple linear regression (MLR) model used.

The paper examines the problem of the productive functioning of an urban passenger transport system, which has a modular structure for the generation and exploitation of the urban transport services. The research objects consist of conventional, scalable and innovative contactless transaction models of an urban transport services in the case study of the Transport Organization (TO) – Joint Stock Company for Passenger Railway Transport “Serbia Trains” (Srbija Voz a.d.). The urban transport service is defined by invoking users, user expectations and requirements, the input data provided by users to a transport provider, the mechanisms for access and delivery of the service, the resources and roles responsible for delivery, security requirements and other parameters. The communication platform for modeling urban transport services in different transaction contexts is defined by the utilitarian framework with 6W dimensions with situational mapping of the 6 Communication Dynamics Factors (6CDF). The technology-process restructuring was achieved with the scalable In-formation Technology (IT) model by implementing the elements of electronic business in the key activities of the supply of the train tickets. Using the results of the performed research, in the paper has been developed an innovative, non-contact ICT model of urban transport services on the platform for integrating the Internet service into the process-technology and behavioral-context structures.

Zoran BundaloVisoka železnička škola strukovnih studija u Beogradu, Beograd, Srbija ©MESTE JEL kategorija rada: L86, L92 Apstrakt U ovom radu je prikazan metodološki postupak istraživanja predmetnoj temi utvrđivanja stava korisnika usluga prema inovativnom modelu elektronskog poslovanja koji je zasnovan na naprednim internet tehnologijama, sa osnovnim ciljem povećanja svih segmenata kvaliteta prevozne usluge u železničkom transportu. Novi poslovni modeli elektronskog poslovanja u oblasti železničkog transporta pored mogućnosti informisanja pružaju I komunikaciju u kojoj se stvaraju preduslovi za realizaciju poslovnih aktivnosti za nabavku e-karte. Na osnovu tradicionalnog i skalabilnog (proširenog) modela poslovanja, postupak realizacije zahteva fizički pristup korisnika usluge u objektu transportne organizacije za nabavku prevozne karte. Pored navedenog transportna organizacija izdvaja određena novčana sredstva za plate zaposlenih i smanjenjem broja izvršioca tj. zaposlenih koji su direktnoj komunikaciji sa korisnicima usluga, stvara dobre preduslove za uštedu i ulaganje u inovativne modele. Analizirani prikupljeni i obrađeni podaci anketiranih korisnika na osnovu testiranja varijabli pitanja i odgovora na relaciji Beograd-Vršac i natrag, ukazuju na pozitivan stav prema inovativnom modelu elektronskog poslovanja, i još jedan razlog da se podrazumeva plan osavremenjavanja prodajne mreže i nabavka softvera za poslovne procese ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sistem u cilju modernizacije i unapređenja prodajne mreže. U konačnom rezultatu to utiče na poboljšanje imidža železničke organizacije u poslovnoj okolini i stvaranje pozitivne klime za povećanje kvaliteta usluge i održavanje iskazanog nivoa poverenja korisnika usluga.
