Diskursus Prinsip Negara Hukum Demokrasi atas Permasalahan Konstitusionalitas Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Ibu Kota Negara

Abstract: Dalam negara hukum, terdapat prinsip-prinsip yang senantiasa dipegang teguh dalam penyelenggaraan negara. Prinsip ini sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan negara sebagaimana tertuang dalam konstitusi.
