PT PLN (Persero) created the PLN Mobile application to improve the quality of service to customers with aspects of flexibility, convenience, speed, accuracy and transparency. However, in the Sidoarjo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3), there are still many customers who experience problems and submit complaints regarding the performance of the application. This study aims to evaluate PLN Mobile in UP3 Sidoarjo using the Electronic Government Maturity Model framework, namely the five pillars of Information Dissemination, Communication, Transactions, Interoperability, and Participation. This research method uses a qualitative case study to provide an in-depth description of the evaluation of customer service evaluation through the PLN Mobile application within the framework of the e-government maturity model in UP3 Sidoarjo. The results showed that several pillars, especially Transactions and Interoperability, have not been well fulfilled by PLN Mobile in UP3 Sidoarjo. The lack of integration with other services causes some services to be inaccessible through the application, forcing customers to come to the office. Therefore, the goal of PLN Mobile in improving service quality has not been fully achieved.

This research aims to determine the quality of human resources, work professionalism, commitment and their influence on employee performance. on the performance of Kultura Digital Media (KDM) publishing employees in Surakarta city both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in the company amounted to 100 permanent employees and 50 people were taken as respondents. 50 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random sampling by means of a lottery / simple random sample. Simple random sampling by means of a lottery / draw from the names of KDM Surakarta employees who were then taken as many as the sample used, namely 50 people. draw as much as the sample used, namely 50 names of employees selected in the draw. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted state that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on performance. quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees. professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees and commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees.and significant to the performance of KDM employees. Budaya negeri Indonesia sangat beragam, wisata budaya nya pun sering menjadi tempat yang bermanfaat untuk pembelajaran, salah satunya di Kabupaten Ciamis. Terdapat tempat peninggalan sejarah seperti Situs Astana Gede Kawali, Situs Bojong Galuh Karangkamulyan, dan Kampung Adat Kuta. Namun adanya wisata budaya ini belum dibarengi dengan pendokumentasian budaya dan perlunya kerjasama dengan masyarakat agar proses pelestarian terjaga dengan baik. Salah satu prosesnya yaitu dengan diseminasi informasi di Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode Pengambdian Pada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan Seminar virtual dengan forum Taman Baca Masyarakat dan masyarakat luas, dan juga pembuatan video yang di-upload di platform Youtube. Proses dan upaya ini dilakukan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat serta menumbuhkan rasa peduli atas pelestarian situs sejarah di Kabupaten Ciamis.
