Business opportunities for the world beauty business leaders, especially beauty clinics, the high need for beauty care makes a business opportunity for them. Beauty clinics compete with each other to show their competitive advantage through creative, innovative efforts, work effectively and efficiently so that the products and services they produce become choices for many customers. Based on the problem identification and problem limitation in this study, the problem was formulated whether the training and incentive had an effect on the performance of employees at Ellena Skin Care Solo?. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between independent variables X1, and X2 on the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all employees of Ellena Skin Care Solo. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling, so the number of samples taken in this study were 30 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the results of the study it is known that job training has a significant effect on employee performance, this is because Ellena Skin Care Solo is a company engaged in body and facial care services, so that every employee who works at Ellena Skin Care Solo always gets job training to provide supplies skills for employees in providing services to customers, so H1 is accepted. Incentives do not significantly influence the performance of Ellena Skin Care Solo employees, this is due to get incentives, employees are required to work with extra time or a larger portion of work, this is considered to provide incentives only as a substitute for fatigue, so H2 is rejected. This is study aims to determine and prove the influence of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Mojosongo. This research using quantitative research method with the collection of data through the technique of questionnaires. Sample used for this research is 30 employees of KUD Mojosongo by using samplingjenuh method. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. Then, seeing how big influence the compensation, leadership and work discipline on employees performance on hypoesis test. From regression analysis tes, explained that 26,3% variables of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employees performance. Meanhile 73,7% influenced by other variables. Penelitian ini membahas peningkatan kinerja melalui perilaku sportsmanship yang didukung dengan pendekatan Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun model pengembangan model pengembangan sportmanship behaviour dalam meningkatkan kinerja dengan didukung pendekatan 4C pada dosen Universitas Boyolali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen di universitas Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Sampel ditentukan dengan proportionate random sampling sejumlah 115 dosen. Data didapatkan melalui kuesioner skala likert 1 – 5 dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Artikel ini menawarkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang masalah kontekstual penting yang berdampak pada upaya implementasi strategi pendekatan Fourfold C Approach dalam meningkatkan kinerja Dosen yaitu Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja DOsen dapat ditingkatkan melalui melalui Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; collaboration dan Creativity. Communication skill tidak mampu menjadi predictor kinerja Dosen.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komunikasi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Klaten. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan mengambil sampel 45 pegawai, Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus Alat analisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi. Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komunikasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompensasi, komunikasi, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi Total 85,5%. Ini berarti bahwa kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh variabel kompensasi, komunikasi, motivasi sebesar 85,5% dan sisanya sebesar 14,5% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian misalnya lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel intervening tidak effektif. Variabel kompensasi secara langsung efektif meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, karena mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar, positip dan signifikan.
