This research examines the efforts of librarians with visual disabilities to remove negative stigma from society. Research focus on the use of technological media by librarians with visual disabilities to eliminate the negative stigma towards blind people who are considered unable to use technological media. Previous studies agree that every librarian's activities require visual support in all their work. The use of technological media by librarians with disabilities is a social construction of technology as an effort to change social relations in society. This research aims to find out how the use of technological media by librarians with visual disabilities in eliminating the negative stigma. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The data obtained is explained through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and verification. Librarians with visual disabilities have the skills to operate technological media with the help of special software for blind people. Skills in using technological media are demonstrated to users who come to the library. Skills in using technological media supported by special software are demonstrated by blind librarians to users with the aim of changing the negative stigma that assumes that people with disabilities cannot use technological media in their activities. The use of technological media by librarians with disabilities is a socio-technological construction and an adaptation strategy to change their relationship with the social environment.

COVID-19 and changes in the health order in the new normal era have led to health problems, especially in blind people. Blind people have more difficulty accessing and getting health information. Good quality education and providing information with appropriate media are very important to improve a healthy lifestyle in the new normal era. Education and information about the healthy lifestyle in a new normal era with an audiobook aimed to improve knowledge about the healthy lifestyle in the new normal era at Dria-Raba Foundation. The method in this activity was to provide knowledge about the healthy lifestyle in new-normal using the audiobook to 23 blind people at Dria-Raba Foundation. A pre-test and post-test were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test to evaluate the efficacy of the audiobook. The result showed a significant increase in knowledge from a score of 70 to 80 (p<0.05), thus education using the audiobook for blind people at the Dria-Raba Foundation to increase knowledge about a healthy lifestyle in new-normal. To improve the health quality of blind people, various types of audiobooks on health topics can be created. ABSTRAK Adanya pandemi Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) dan perubahan tatanan kesehatan di era normal baru menyebabkan masalah terkait kesehatan yang dihadapi oleh penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra menjadi semakin kompleks. Penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra sulit untuk mendapatkan akses dan informasi tentang kesehatan. Dukungan berupa edukasi dan pemberian informasi dengan media yang sesuai menjadi sangat penting untuk memperbaiki perilaku hidup sehat di era normal baru. Pemberian edukasi terkait perilaku hidup sehat di era normal baru dengan menggunakan audiobook bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra di Yayasan Dria-Raba tentang perilaku hidup sehat di era normal baru. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan edukasi melalui audiobook kepada 23 orang penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra di Yayasan Dria-Raba. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan audiobook, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-rank test. Hasil uji menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan dari skor 70 menjadi 80 (p<0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi menggunakan audiobook bagi penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra di Yayasan Dria-Raba mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan para penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra tentang perilaku hidup sehat di era normal baru. Dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan bagi para penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra, diharapkan dapat diciptakan berbagai audiobook dengan tema kesehatan lainnya.

This research aims to introduce Sumbawa culture to blind disability based android smartphone applications that can utilize feature reader screens and barcodes on objects historical. Output from application This is information in the form of audio details of cultural sites in the Inner Palace Loka, Bala Kuning Palace, Bala Puti Palace, Bala Datu Ranga, and the Sumbawa Museum. This research is quantitative method with build uses waterfall method and design with UML models with test six aspect appropriateness to application. The resulting average value for the attractiveness p ax is 1.90 and the average score for as a perspicuity peak of 1.77. Third aspect from UEQ, efficiency value with an average of 1.61 and dependability aspects with value 1.55. Whereas the stimulation aspect on the UEQ model is 1.49 and the novelty aspect with the average value is 1.39. From testing aspect perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty show quality application are excellent. Whereas the attractiveness aspect generates very good value. Application literacy culture for blind disability is something effort in preserving culture and can be accessible on google play store.
