Abstract:Resumo O direito à cidade se manifesta como forma superior de direitos na participação e apropriação dos espaços urbanos. No presente texto, argumentamos que a população negra, tanto homens como mulheres, enquanto indivíduos e coletividade com uma cidadania mutilada, manifesta desvantagens cumulativas que a impede de exercer uma cidadania plena e disputar a cidade.
