Direct Synthesis of B−C−N Single-Walled Nanotubes by Bias-Assisted Hot Filament Chemical Vapor Deposition

Abstract: Soon after the discovery of carbon nanotubes, the ternary system of BCN nanotubes began to attract increasing research interest.
