Direct injection determination of theophylline and caffeine in blood serum by high-performance liquid chromatography using an ODS column coated with a zwitterionic bile acid derivative

Abstract: An ODS column dynamically coated with zwitterionic bile acid derivative, 3-[(3-cholamidopropyl)-dimethylammonio]-1-propanesulfonate (CHAPS), was evaluated for direct injection determination of drugs in blood serum by HPLC.
