Diprosopus: A Rare Conjoined Twin

Abstract: Diprosopus twin is a rare form of conjoined twin with incidence of one case in 180000 to 15 million births. This is a rare congenital anomaly whereby face is duplicated on the head. Usually, this type of fetuses are stillborn. A 24 years unregistered primigravida presented to our hospital at 26 weeks of gestation.
