Abstract: Recebido em 23/8/99; aceito em 19/5/00 SOL-GEL TITANIUM DIOXIDE: PROPERTIES AND ELECTROCHROMIC BEHAVIOR. Titanium dioxide was prepared by hydrolysis and polycondensation of titanium tetraisopropoxide. TiO 2 films were obtained by spin coating of the precursor solution on ITO substractes (glass covered with indium doped tin oxide).
