Pelaksanaan kegiatan manajemen kearsipan sangat penting dilakukan bagi sebuah organisasi. Hal ini dilakukan agar terjadi kesinambungan khususnya pada manajemen kearsipan di perguruan tinggi islam negeri. Kegiatan manajemen kearsipan yang terdiri dari perencanaan arsip (penciptaan arsip, penggunaan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip dan penyusutan arsip) dan pengorganisasian arsip, pelaksanaan arsip dan pengawasan arsip. Kegiatan pengarsipan sangat membantu perguruan tinggi menjalankan dan mengembangkan perguruan tinggi UIN (Universitas Islam Negeri) Fatmawati Sukarno (FAS) Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen pengelolaan kearsipan pasca perubahan status dari Institut Agama Islam Negeri Bengkulu menjadi UIN FAS serta menjelaskan hambatan yang ditemui dalam manajemen pengelolaan kearsipan di pasca peralihan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Bengkulu menjadi UIN FAS. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi yaitu penilaian terhadap manajemen kearsipan di UIN FAS yang terdiri dari penciptaan arsip efektif, pemeliharaan arsip efektif dan penyusutan belum efektif. Diperlukan pengembangan manajemen kearsipan berupa pendirian Lembaga UPT kearsipan di UIN FAS Bengkulu.

The goal of this study was to see how learning attitudes and motivation affected student learning success at MAN 1 Batanghari. This is a quantitative study using a survey approach. This study's population included students from classes X and XI, with a sample size of 52 students. All respondents completed three types of instruments based on learning attitudes, motivation, and success in the learning process. The findings indicate that 1) learning attitudes have a significant impact on learning success. The better the learning attitude of students, the more successful the student learning process at MAN 1 Batang Hari will be; 2) Motivation has a significant impact on student learning success. The better the students' motivation, the better their success in the student learning process at MAN 1 Batang Hari; and 3) learning attitudes and motivation both have a significant effect on student learning process success. Whereas the better the learning attitude and motivation, the better the student learning process success.

The deficiency of Islamic-based schools (called as Pesantren in Indonesia) in science requires adjustment. In this sector, Indonesian government is present through the implementation of the Islamic-based boarding Junior High Schools (henceforth SMP-BP) program, which was established by the Ministry of Education and Culture to equip students with intellectual, moral, and spiritual balances. However, there is still a need for constructing a framework of organizational culture to enhance the efficacy of the program. Hence, the present study delves into a framework of organizational culture for ideal performance of and the efficacy of education process in Pesantren. This study was based in two SMP-BPs in Aceh, a province of Indonesia (e.g. Al Mujaddid and Darul Amin), and was conducted by following the procedure of descriptive research under qualitative design. The required data were gathered using interviews from a total of 12 informants consisting of school principal, coordinator of the program, and teachers. The data were further analyzed by following Miles and Huberman’s stages of qualitative data analysis comprising coding, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the construction of organizational culture for an ideal performance of Pesantren in Indonesia encompassed four key dimensions, i.e. (1) establishing organizational behavior standards, (2) increasing the stability of organization’s social system, (3) revitalizing school management, and (4) developing human resources. This study contributes to equipping Pesantren stakeholders with awareness and willingness to improve the efficacy of Islamic-based school performance in Indonesia. Future research is directed to efforts of fostering dynamic organization culture and school management both cultural and philosophical education.
