This paper is motivated by the conditions of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The learning process must be done from home. In accordance with government policy, work from home and learn from home. The purpose of this research is to study the creativity of students in implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is using a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. And as respondents and sources of data for this study were students of IAI Nusantara Batanghari. The results showed as many as 79.4% thought online learning was very effective, while 20.6% thought it was not yet effective. That means effectiveness can increase student productivity. This result is supported by data as much as 23% they strongly agree, 44% agree, and there are 15% of students who disagree. It shows the quality of online learning, increases student productivity, both increases productivity in soft skill development and self-development increases business efficiency in meeting daily needs.
The goal of this study was to see how learning attitudes and motivation affected student learning success at MAN 1 Batanghari. This is a quantitative study using a survey approach. This study's population included students from classes X and XI, with a sample size of 52 students. All respondents completed three types of instruments based on learning attitudes, motivation, and success in the learning process. The findings indicate that 1) learning attitudes have a significant impact on learning success. The better the learning attitude of students, the more successful the student learning process at MAN 1 Batang Hari will be; 2) Motivation has a significant impact on student learning success. The better the students' motivation, the better their success in the student learning process at MAN 1 Batang Hari; and 3) learning attitudes and motivation both have a significant effect on student learning process success. Whereas the better the learning attitude and motivation, the better the student learning process success.
Research entitled The Influence of Students' Psychic and Online Learning on Learning Outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Batanghari Regency which aims to (1) find out and analyze the psyche of students that directly affect student learning outcomes in (2) find out and analyze online learning that has a direct effect on student learning outcomes (3) knowing and analyzing the psyche of students and online learning simultaneously have a direct effect on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research with data and documentation approach. The research subjects were 35 teachers as respondents. The main instrument used is a questionnaire/questionnaire. Hypotheses, student psychology and online learning on student learning outcomes. This can be proven by the results of inferential statistical analysis using regression analysis, the value of Fcount>Ftable is obtained, then simultaneously the psyche of students and online learning simultaneously have a direct effect on student learning outcomes. Therefore, Ho is rejected, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the psyche of students and online learning simultaneously has a direct effect on student learning outcomes.
This study aims to see the effect of the approach in Islamic Education on the learning interest of junior high school students a. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. To obtain the data studied, the researcher took population data of 170 students, so as a test instrument taken from a research sample of 66 students, this was no longer used as a research sample. So the remainder of the number used as the sample for the instrument trial was used as a research sample, which might be 104 students. The results revealed correlation between the scientific approach (X) and student learning interest (Y) which was 0.332, which indicates a low level. The correlation coefficient is positive, which means there is a positive effect. The correlation that occurs is significant because the calculated value is greater than the table, namely 2.662 2.00. Based on the results of the data analysis provide that there is an influence between the scientific approach variable, the student learning interest variable. Based on the results of this study, the party in charge of junior high school implements scientific learning to improve learning outcomes.
Inovasi pendidikan saat ini masih menjadi topik yang hangay untuk dibicarakan karena berkaitan dengan upaya pemerintah memperbaiki kurikulum pendidikan, Demikian halnya perkembangan dan kemajuan yang dicapai oleh SMAN Titian Teras, tidak lepas dari peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin sekolah tersebut, SMAN Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti adalah salah satu sekolah unggulan Provinsi Jambi yang memiliki ciri khusus sebagai sekolah berasrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana pengambilan data bersumber dari data observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah penulis ingin mengetahui konsep dasar inovasi manajemen dalam pendidikan, inovasi manajemen pendidikan, dan kebijakan kepala sekolah sebagai leadher dalam mengelola pendidikan di SMAN Titian Teras Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyebaran data dan penarikan kesimpulan. SMAN Titian Teras merupakan lembaga pendidikan menengah pavorit yang ada di Provinsi Jambi. SMAN Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti yang juga salah satu sekolah unggulan Provinsi Jambi yang memiliki ciri khusus sebagai sekolah berasrama dengan lokasi yang terletak di Jalan Lintas Jambi- Muaro Bulian Km. 21 Kelurahan Pijoan, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Provinsi Jambi. Sebagai salah satu sekolah unggulan yang terdapat di provinsi Jambi, peserta didik di SMAN Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti mempunyai banyak prestasi baik tingkat nasional maupun tingkat internasional. Bukti nyata ini adalah buah kerja keras dari semua pihak, terutama pada kinerja tenaga pendidikdan kependidikan yang professional serta kesungguhan para siswa untuk belajar dan berkreasi.
