Technology advancements have boosted financial technology literacy, and Fintech businesses have entered the peer-to-peer lending market to fill the gap between traditional banking and people who cannot obtain financing from banks. Financial facilitation can now be done in a more streamlined, quick, and economical manner thanks to technology. With the legislation of Authority of Financial Services Number 77/POJK.01/2016 Indonesian Fintech about information technology-based money lending services, the government has safeguarded consumers in Indonesia, where fintech has significant potential. The goal of this study is to provide an example of a business agility strategy used by financial technology firms that engage in peer-to-peer lending. This study used a qualitative research strategy combined with a descriptive methodology. Literature study is the method of data collection used. The findings demonstrate that P2P lending organizations have already employed a strategy of business agility to win clients in Indonesia's digital financial era by utilizing platform technology they have created, which is a straightforward tool for achieving competitive advantages.

This study's objective was to evaluate the educational value and motivational pull of computer games created with Greek secondary school curricula in mind for the study of computer memory principles. Comparing it to related applications, computer science (CS) encompasses goals and substance. similar learning, but without the gaming element. The sample consisted of 88 students who were separated into two groups at random: one group that used game applications (Group A, N = 47) and one group that did not use game applications (Group B, N = 41). Both the pretest and the posttest employed the Computer Memory Knowledge Test (CMKT). The intervention was also seen by students. Additionally, following the intervention, students' opinions of the applications they had used were solicited via a feedback form. Data analysis revealed that compared to the non-game approach, the game approach was more effective in improving students' understanding of computer memory concepts and more motivating. The learning outcomes that boys and girls achieve through game use are not significantly different, and games were found to be the same. This is true even though boys have more involvement with, a greater preference for, and experience with computer games. They also have a greater prior knowledge of computers. girls' and boys' inspiration The findings demonstrate that, regardless of the gender of the students, educational computer games may be used as an effective and inspiring learning environment in secondary school CS.

Over the past decade, there have been tremendous advances in the use of data science to facilitate decision making and extract and thus act upon insights from large data sets in digital business environments. However, despite these advances, there is still a lack of relevant evidence on actions to improve data science management in digital businesses. To fill this gap in the literature. The purpose of this study is to review (i) analytical methods, (ii) usage, and performance metrics based on (iii). Data science used in digital business techniques and strategies. To this end, a comprehensive literature search was carried out on the important scientific contributions made so far in this area of research. The results provide an overview of the most important applications of data science in digital business. Generate insights related to the creation of innovative data mining and knowledge discovery techniques. Important theoretical implications are discussed and a list of topics for further research in this area is provided. This report aims to develop recommendations for enhancing digital business strategies for enterprises, marketing, and non-technical researchers, and identify directions for further research on innovative data mining and discovery applications in science.
