La educación de calidad en igualdad y equidad requiere el compromiso de todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Este se adquiere favoreciendo la formación permanente del profesorado, un aprendizaje continuo adaptado a las necesidades y a las características de los alumnos. En este contexto, el presente artículo muestra los resultados de una investigación cuyo propósito ha sido conocer el nivel de formación y conocimiento del profesorado de educación primaria de Andalucía, con respecto a la aplicación de las TIC a personas con diversidad funcional. El diseño de investigación utilizado ha sido de tipo mixto (metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa), analizándose 342 cuestionarios suministrados a docentes de educación primaria y 84 entrevistas realizadas a informantes claves (miembros de equipos directivos, coordinadores TIC, directores y asesores tecnológicos de centros de formación del profesorado). Entre las conclusiones podemos destacar la falta de conciencia y preparación por parte del profesorado, así como que el desarrollo de experiencias de formación en este ámbito sigue siendo insuficiente y, en ocasiones, inexistente.Palabras clave: Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación; diversidad funcional; entrevista; formación del profesorado; inclusión educativa, accesibilidad.ICT and functional diversity: knowledge of the teaching staff. Quality education in equality and equity requires the commitment of all members of the educational community. This is acquired by promoting the ongoing training of teachers, a continuous learning adapted to the needs and characteristics of the students. In this context, this article shows the results of a research whose purpose has been to know the level of training and knowledge of teachers of primary education in Andalusia, regarding the application of ICT to people with functional diversity. The research design used has been of mixed type (quantitative and qualitative methodology), analyzing 342 questionnaires provided to teachers of primary education and 84 interviews with key informants (members of management teams, ICT coordinators, directors and technological advisers of training centers of teachers). Among the conclusions we can highlight the lack of awareness and preparation on the part of the teaching staff, as well as the development of training experiences in this area is still insufficient and, sometimes, non-existent.

RESUMENEn la actualidad, debemos considerar la formación permanente del profesorado y, con ella, el aprendizaje continuo, como necesarios y esenciales para desarrollar una educación de calidad en igualdad y equidad. En este contexto, las TIC abren una nueva forma de acceder a la información y un gran puente de comunicación, ya que para algunas personas las tecnologías constituyen la única vía de acceso al mundo educativo y de la cultura. En este artículo se presentan los resultados obtenidos en una investigación cuyo propósito se centró en la identificación del nivel de formación y conocimiento tecnológico que el profesorado de educación primaria, de las provincias de Granada, Huelva, Jaén y Sevilla, tienen respecto a la aplicación de las TIC para personas con discapacidad. A partir de un diseño de investigación del tipo ex post-facto descriptivo, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 425 docentes. Como estrategia de recogida de información empleamos un cuestionario confeccionado ad hoc, validado mediante el procedimiento de "Coeficiente de competencia experta" o "Coeficiente K". El nivel de fiabilidad del instrumento fue analizado mediante la alfa de Cronbach. Entre los resultados obtenidos destacamos la baja capacitación del profesorado.Palabras Clave: tecnologías de la información y comunicación, discapacidad, inclusión educativa, accesibilidad. In this context, ICTs open a new way of accessing information and a great communication bridge, since for some people technologies are the only way to access the world of education and culture. The article presents the results of an investigation whose purpose is focused on identifying the level of training and technological knowledge that the specialist in physical education primary teachers of Primary Education of Seville and its province, with respect to the application of ICT for people with disabilities. From a research design type descriptive ex post facto, the sample was composed of 87 teachers. As information collection strategy used a questionnaire prepared ad hoc, validated by the process of "coefficient expert competence" or "K Coefficient". The level of reliability of the instrument was analyzed by Cronbach's alpha. Among the results we highlight the low training of primary school teachers regarding the application of ICT for students with disabilities.

Understanding the perspectives of refugee children on their lives is important for acknowledging children’s rights, competence, and contributions to practice and policy. Children’s perspectives are the views they construct for framing events, relationships and images, and the meanings they convey in relational coactions with other people and institutions. We demonstrate the usefulness of digital technology in the form of computer-assisted interviews (CAIs) for enabling refugee children to express perspectives on their lives in resettlement. We describe how CAIs constructed by adopting a child’s perspective recognize the children’s agency and enable their expressions of their perspectives. We illustrate the facilities of CAIs with analyses of children’s ratings and open-ended typed comments about their worries and who helps them to feel better. Children’s views revealed the predominance of family members as sources of worry and help. We discuss the implications of using digital technology in research to provide children with ways of contributing to knowledge construction.
