In order to explore the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of COVID-19 in Chongqing from January 22 to February 25, 2010, and provide a series of suggestions for scientific prevention and control of epidemic situation, we will mainly analyze the epidemic situation data of Chongqing Municipal Health Committee members and improve the descriptive analysis. Regional distribution and spatiotemporal scans were analyzed for COVID-19 outbreaks using ArcGIS10.2 and SaTScan9. 5 software. After the analysis, a total of 576 novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were confirmed in Chongqing. The incidence trend increased rapidly from January 22 to January 31, then decreased gradually, and there were no new cases until February 25. The purely spatial scanning results were consistent with spatiotemporal scanning, and a first-level accumulation area was detected by spatiotemporal scanning in the east and northeast of Chongqing from January 22 to February 10. From January 22 to February 25, 2020,COVID-19 occurred in the eastern and northeast regions of Chongqing. It is recommended to strengthen the detection of cluster areas to prevent another outbreak of COVID-19 risk.

Multiple digital watermarking is an important and challenging task in geographic information science and data security. Vector geographic data are a basic data format for digital geographic data storage, and the security protection of these data involves copyright protection and tracking. As part of the solution, existing digital watermarking algorithms have made contributions to vector geographic data protection. However, when vector geographic data flow through multiple units, they need to be marked to ensure that the original data are not destroyed during data processing. Existing single or multiple data watermarking algorithms often fail in the presence of data processing because the new watermarks overlay the old ones. Consequently, a multiple digital watermarking algorithm based on multiple QIM (quantization index modulation) is proposed. First, based on traditional quantization index modulation (QIM), a multiple QIM is proposed. Unlike traditional QIM, in multiple QIM, the process of quantization is executed multiple times depending on the number of watermarks. Then, the vertices are quantized into different quantization intervals according to the multiple QIM. Finally, multiple watermarks are embedded into different quantization intervals to reduce the interference among multiple watermarks, and the original watermarks are not needed in the process of watermark detection. We then conducted experiments to test the multiple watermark method’s robustness and capacity, with an emphasis on datasets with a lower data volume. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves good performance in terms of its robustness against common issues, such as vertices addition, data simplification, data cropping, and feature deletion; this holds true for both normal and small amounts of data. Additionally, it has a high multiple watermark capacity.

The study of human settlement environment, especially the complete study of human settlement environment in mountainous region, is a huge systematic project, which involves almost all aspects of human knowledge system at the semantic level. It is an important task to establish a systematic cognitive model of human settlement environment and carry out practical verification. In recent years, due to the rise of tourism real estate, mountain tourism real estate, as a type of tourism real estate, has attracted people’s attention, and its hidden economic, social, and ecological benefits make it develop rapidly. The purpose of this study is to improve the theoretical system of tourism real estate landscape planning and mountain landscape resource protection system with 3D image technology, which has important theoretical and practical significance for exploring the sustainable development method of mountain tourism real estate landscape. This study locates the research type of mountain tourism real estate, and it is the first time to study mountain tourism, explores the specific planning of mountain tourism real estate development measures, and preliminary establish the theoretical system of mountain tourism real estate development. It brings a new idea for the development of mountain tourism real estate and puts forward the direction and method of planning.
