This research is a development research that aims to produce learning innovations in the psychomotor domain for practice in archival subjects. The research design adapts the Borg and Gall model which consists of eight stages, namely, (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) products testing, (7) product revision, (8) mass production. This research was conducted at the Office Administration Vocational School in Malang City. Data collection is done through filling out a questionnaire to determine the feasibility of the product being developed. The result of this research and development is a learning media called STELAR which is feasible and valid to be applied in the learning process, especially in the Office Administration Department. This is based on the results of the validation of material experts and media experts who obtained an average score of 93.53%, while from the test on students the results obtained 90%. Therefore, STELAR learning media can be used as an alternative learning media for practice in the Office Administration Department.

BACKGROUND: Online learning self-efficacy is considered a major contributor to academic success. The present study was conducted to assess the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Online Learning Self-Efficacy Scale. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 211 medical students at Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2021 who were selected through the convenience method. Data were collected using a two-part self-administered online questionnaire containing demographic information and the Persian version of the Online Learning Self-Efficacy Scale (OLSES). Forward and back-translation methods were used to provide the Persian version of OLSES. Internal consistency of the Persian version was determined by the Cronbach alpha coefficient in a pilot study. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted using SPSS version 20.0 and LISREL version 8.80. RESULTS: The mean of the participants’ age was 21.40 ± 2.52 years, and most of them (56.4%) were female. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was determined as 0.74, 0.90, 0.75, and 0.89 for learning, time management, technology use subscales, and the whole scale, respectively. Exploratory factors analysis revealed the justifiability of factor analysis. In confirmatory factor analysis, most of the goodness of fit indices had an acceptable level. CONCLUSIONS: Our study found that the Persian version of OLSES had good psychometric properties and can be used as a simple, valid, and reliable tool to assess students’ self-efficacy related to the e-learning environment.

The current demand of education has changed the teaching and learning processes from traditional face-to-face learning to online distance learning (ODL). This study aims to explore students' readiness in experiencing ODL. This study utilised quantitative approach to obtain the data. The instrument used was questionnaire with seven sections. The questionnaire was distributed to the Diploma and Bachelor's Degree students from public and private universities. The data were analysed using SPSS v 25 software and presented in the tables in the form of means, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Based on the results, there is a significant difference between students of different levels of education in terms of their readiness to undergo ODL. The six aspects of ODL readiness significantly determine how ready the students were in terms of availability of technology, use of technology, self-confidence, acceptance, self-directed learning, and training. It can be concluded that most of students seemed to be unsure whether they were ready to experience ODL in the aspects of the availability of technology and their acceptance to learn through ODL. Other than that, the students are almost ready in adapting themselves to go through ODL. The significant stakeholders such as, universities, faculties and educators need to have better understanding of students' readiness to undergo ODL and be prepared to experience more of ODL.
