Evaluation is a subcomponent of the control process, which, in turn, is the fourth step of the management process. Its essentiality lies in that it is through it that decisions are made about the effectiveness and efficiency of management processes. As science constantly advances in this field, it is necessary to periodically survey each management process step's state of the art of each subcomponent. In this sense, this study aimed to take stock of what evaluation is and what are its operationalization steps. The method used was the scientific-technological one, characterized by elaborating guiding research questions, data collection on scientific bases, data organization, and generating the sought answers. The results showed that a) evaluation is the decision process that allows comparing what was planned with what was executed, b) the evaluation process is composed of five basic steps: planning, execution, monitoring, analysis of results, and reporting analytical, and c) each step has its criteria to be executed. The conclusion shows that changing the order of these steps can decisively compromise the intended objectives of the entire evaluation process, which is knowledge about the difference between what was planned and what was executed.

Maraknya peredaran berita yang tidak benar (hoaks) di tengah masyarakat menimbulkan keresahan dan kesalahan tindakan yang merupakan respon terhadap berita tidak benar tersebut. Berita-berita tidak benar tersebut muncul di media sosial dan menyangkut kepentingan masyarakat, muncul dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan seperti sosial (pertemanan, persaudaraan, kolega), politik maupun ekonomi. Meskipun pemerintah sudah berupaya memblokir sumbersumber berita tidak benar, namun faktanya berita-berita tersebut terus bermunculan dan membuat ketegangan hubungan sosial di tengah masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarakan untuk membekali pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait faktor-faktor penyebab yang melatarbelakangi munculnya hoaks. Dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kuningan Barat Jakarta Selatan, dengan peserta kelompok ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Kuningan Barat Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah dengan paparan, diskusi serta testimoni. Dalam sesi diskusi dan testimoni, para peserta memahami dan menyepakati bahwa hoaks bisa muncul dalam beragam bentuk tergantung dari motivasi pembuatnya baik motif politik, sosial (termasuk pertemanan) maupun ekonomi. Peserta memahami bahwa hoaks akan terus bermunculan karena berbagai penyebab, sehingga dituntut untuk waspada dan bijak memahami informasi. Faktor-faktor penyebab yang melatarbelakangi munculnya hoaks antara lain adalah: untuk mencari sensasi dan perhatian publik, ingin menjadi yang paling awal mengetahui dan menginformasikannya, serta mengira sebuah berita pasti benar dan berfaedah bagi masyarakat.

Digital transformation develops and disrupts the business sector and the economy. All Primago marketing communication activities are mediated digitally. The basic problem of this research is that Primago Digital's marketing communication activities need a model. This model is expected to deliver that effectiveness and efficiency in each Primago digital marketing communication program. The aims of this research are (1) to find the factors to be considered in designing an integrated digital marketing communication strategy for Primago. (2) To find priority choices in building netizen cognition. It is based on the multiple assessment criteria of experts. This study uses the theory of Computer-Mediated Communication, Information Integration Theory, and then the concept of Integrated Marketing Communications. For methodology, this study uses a post-positivism paradigm. The results of the interviews and dissemination of disclosures were then analyzed without the in-depth involvement of the researcher. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used simultaneously in this study. Based on the analysis of this study resulted in conclusions. (1) factors must be considered in designing Primago's digital marketing communication strategy. Among others are Accessible, Affordable, Connectivity, Costumize, and Real-Time Measurement. (2) The priority for choosing the right digital integrated marketing communication strategy for Primago in building netizen cognition sequentially is managing the website. Then simultaneously managing Facebook and Instagram, the third is YouTube and TikTok.
