Digital Analysis of Colposcopic Images Before and After Photodynamic Therapy with Open Source Software ImageJ and Fluorescence diagnostics
Abstract: The approaches were suggested to objectively evaluate the cervix for diagnostic purposes. They were tested on LSIL, HSIL and T1a images. Digital approach allows to apply parametric statistics for research purposes and support diagnostic decisions.
