Differential 3D Mueller-matrix mapping of optically anisotropic depolarizing biological layers

Abstract: The paper consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the short theoretical basics of the method of differential Mueller-matrix description of properties of partially depolarizing layers. It was provided the experimentally measured maps of differential matrix of the 2nd order of polycrystalline structure of the histological section of rectum wall tissue.
