“…It is know that relaxor ferroelectrics, to which group belongs BBT, have broad and dispersive dielectric maximum. Accordingly, strong temperature dependence of permittivity was found in the particular temperature range for particular frequencies, as show in [ 13 ]. It is worth mentioning that resonant frequency belongs to the very high frequency range, thus measuring with some Vector Network Analyzer E5071B is not possible, because of that we used VNA for experimental characterization (which can cover frequency range up to 8.5 GHz).…”
