Dielectric constant tensor of piezoelectric gadolinium calcium oxoborate crystal, GdCa4O(BO3)3, estimated from the electric impedance spectrum

Abstract: A method for obtaining the dielectric coefficients of a piezoelectric crystal from impedance spectrum measurements was proposed. The dielectric coefficients of gadolinium calcium oxoborate, GdCa 4 O(BO 3 ) 3 , were evaluated and compared with the literature data.
