Abstract: Dieses Buch sei dem Andenken an den Altmeister der deutschen Mikrophotographie, August Köhler, gewidmet, der seit dem Jahre 1900 bis zu seinem Ende als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bei earl Zeiß in Jena tätig war.
