InhaltsubersichtWird eine diinne Selenschicht etwas iiberlappend neben eine relativ dicke Silberschicht aufgedampft, so diffundiert das Silber in die Selenschicht hinein. Die bei Zimmertemperatur vorgenommenen Elektronenbeugungsuntersuchungen dieses Vorganges ergaben, dal3 sich dabei die Verbindung Ag,Se bildet. Das Gitter dieser Verbindung hat zwar nur eine niedrige Symmetrie, kann aber a18 ,,pseudo-kubisch" bezeichnet werden, zumal es sich bei Temperaturen oberhalb von ungefahr 130" C in das bekannte, streng kubischraumzentrierte Gitter der Hochtemperaturmodifikation des Ag,Se umwandelt. Unter bestimmten Umstanden tritt bei dem pseudo-kubischen Gitter auch eine Umwandlung in ein eindeutig rhombisches ein, dessen [001]-Achse senkrecht zur Oberflache des Schichttragers orientiert ist. Die untersuchten Selenschichten lagen in einem Dickenbereich von 3-15 mp, die Silberschichten in einem Bereich von 8-30 mp. Die Dicken der Aufdampfschichten wurden entweder durch jhre Lichtabsorption oder interferometrisch gemessen. Sie liel3en sich auch aus den verdampften Substanzmengen berechnen.
