Abstract

Die Fokalinfektionsiehre vom derzeitigen Standpunkt der inneren Medizin Von F. Scheiffarth und A. Bulitta Kaum ein Gebiet der klinischen Medizin ist in seiner relativen Beweisbarkeit und seiner absoluten Unwiderlegbarkeit so umstritten wie die Lehre von der Fokalinfektion, welche, auf praktisch-therapeutischen Erfahrungen aufbauend, besagt, daß zwischen gewissen lokal umschriebenen Entzündungsprozessen und bestimmten Allgemeinerkrankungen enge Wechselwirkungen bestehen.
