Die Bedeutung der On-line-Feuchtemessung bei der Ölsaatenverarbeitung

Abstract: Sowohl die rheologischen Eigenschaften als auch das Festigkeitsverhalten sind bei der Beaufschlagung mit mechanischen Kräften bei Ölsaaten signifikant vom Feuchtigkeitsgehalt dieser Produkte abhängig. Die optimale Verarbeitung von Ölsaaten in einer Ölmühle bedingt daher, unter anderem, die Einstellung der optimalen Materialfeuchten in den jeweiligen Prozeßschritten.
