“…The positions of high intensity peaks refer to the formation of pure Ru/Ag/Pd trimetallic NPs. Peaks appeared at 2θ = 40.11, 46.15, and 68.31 which correspond to (111), (200), and (220), respectively, and are consistent with a conventional Pd-NPs phase pattern [29,30]. Ag NPs showed typical peaks corresponding to the (111), ( 200), (220), and (311) planes at 2θ values of 38.14, 44.35, 65.00, and 77.5, respectively [31].…”

“…65-2908). In the pattern for oxide-B-1064, the main XRD peaks of silver nanoparticles appeared at 2θ = 38.29°, 44.47°, 64.61°, and 77.53° [25,28].…”

“…The XRD analysis has also been applied to determine the crystallite size of the deposited particles and lattice strain induced. The average crystallite size can be determined by the line broadening technique of XRD using the Debye Scherrer Equation which is given by [21], where D represents nanometric particle size, k represents a constant known as ‘crystallite shape factor’ (0.94), λ represents the wavelength of X-ray radiation (1.5405 Å, CuK α radiation), β represents full width at half maximum of the peak in radians and θ represents Bragg's angle in degrees [22]. The average crystallite size of the deposited particle is calculated as 25.77 nm.…”
