Diagnosis and treatment of a perforated duodenal diverticulum

Abstract: Perforation is an exceptionally rare complication of duodenal diverticula and often presents with nonspecific symptoms and signs. We present a case of a perforated duodenal diverticulum diagnosed on computed tomography and successfully repaired with a diverticulectomy.
